Catalonian Airlines' regular operations, at the pilot's most basic level, are conceived depending on their base airport and habilitation. According to this, we have:

Helix Second Officer (H-SO): Depending on the base airport of the pilot we can have the following operations:

  • Barcelona FIR base: Allowed to fly any route among the airports of this FIR. They all have code CT0001.
  • Marseille FIR base: Allowed to to fly from Perpinyà or Montpeller in any airport of this FIR or vice versa.They all have code  CT0002.
  • Rome FIR base: It will be able to fly from the Alguer in any airport of this FIR or vice versa. They all have code CT0003.

Helix First Officer (H-PO): Depending on the base airport of the pilot we can have the following operations:

Barcelona FIR base (LECB)
(Route codes CT21XX)
May fly routes between València and:

  • Astúries (LEAS)
  • Badajoz (LEBZ)
  • Bilbao (LEBB)
  • Madrid (LEMD)
  • Màlaga (LEMG)
  • Santiago (LEST)
  • Sevilla (LEZL)
  • Valladolid (LEVD)

Perpinyà HUB base (LFMM)
(Route codes CT22XX)
May fly routes between Perpinyà and:

  • Bordeaux (LFBD)
  • Brest (LFRB)
  • Dijon Longvic (LFSD)
  • Le Havre (LFOH)
  • Lille (LFQQ)
  • Paris-Charles de Gaulle (LFPG)
  • Strasbourg Entzheim (LFST)
  • Tours (LFOT)

L'Alguer HUB base (LIRR)
(Route codes CT23XX)
May fly routes between l'Alguer and:

  • Bari (LIBD)
  • Brindisi (LIBR)
  • Crotone (LIBC)
  • Firenze (LIRQ)
  • Genova (LIMJ)
  • Milano-Malpensa (LIMC)
  • Pescara (LIBP)
  • Venezia (LIPZ)

Helix Commander (H-CM)

The pilots of this level will be able to fly the Inter-HUB Routes and following only if they have the international habilitation. Otherwise they will be only allowed to flyt he authorized routes up to the level of Helix First Officer in the FIR that they have assigned. The routes from superior levels can be flown only if the pilot has the international habilitation international and with restrictions regarding the type of airplane.
According to this, the pilots who do not have the international habilitation will be able to promote ONLY until the level of Second Officer of Jet, to fly ONLY the authorized routes for H-SO and H-PO in its assigned FIR and ONLY be able to use the authorized airplanes for the level attained (see the column "level" of the page "Technical aircraft data").
